This relaxing cottage is single storey and is nestled towards the back of our historic courtyard and combines country charm with a modern twist.

The open-plan L-shaped living area features large windows, hard floors, and a well-equipped self-catering kitchen. The dining space leads to a comfortable lounge with Smart TV, creating a cosy setting for relaxing evenings.

Sleeping three guests, Kingsbere includes a double bedroom with courtyard views and a single bedroom (or space for a cot). The bathroom features a shower over the bath, basin, and WC with a modern finish.

While the cottage overlooks the courtyard and has no private garden, guests enjoy full access to Greenwood Grange’s communal gardens, hot tubs, and outdoor leisure areas (See Estate Map).

Kingsbere welcomes dogs, with access to beautiful Dorset walks, dog-friendly beaches, and the Jurassic Coast, making it ideal for a pet-friendly family holiday.
