Greenwood Grange has so much to offer, so whether its relaxing in your own private cottage, some with hot tubs, taking a dip in the indoor pool, indulging in the sauna or playing a game of tennis, we’ve got it all. Our Games room has exciting school holiday children’s activities.
You can even pick your own fruit or vegetables from our kitchen garden. Explore the nearby Thorncombe Woods for great walks.
Our swimming pool is now open from 7am – 10pm with timed slots for swimming, allowing one cottage at a time. The changing rooms are still closed and we ask you arrive at the pool swim ready. The communal hot tubs are also open for one cottage at a time and sanitiser stations located nearby.
Our heated indoor pool is 10m x 5m and a depth of 1.4m, with gradual roman steps. Open 7am to 10pm daily with key-pad access. Changing facilities.
There are several acres to explore including a nature trail and a willow den, and lots of fun to be had with the trampoline, football nets and swings.
We have two tennis courts which have seen family championships and tournaments between cottage neighbours. Racquets and balls available.
The full size yurt is exciting in itself yet inside there’s even more to enjoy. An absolute treasure trove of toys and games for toddlers and young children.
This organic vegetable patch and pick your own fruit area is a particularly popular activity for little people, and guests keen for some local produce.
Time to relax, revitalize and recover. Our coin-operated six-person sauna is available to use from 7am to 10pm daily
For our four-legged guests we provide a fully enclosed dog exercise area, perfect for a gentle morning stroll before setting out for the day.

Guests are welcome to collect the extra tasty eggs from our free-roaming hens for a delicious Greenwood Grange breakfast.

You can enjoy an interesting walk literally from your door. We overlook the ancient Thorncombe Woods with many more walking routes nearby.
